4月22日-24日，我校数学与统计学院举办了代数学专题研讨会，来自北京师范大学、华东师范大学、南京师范大学等高校的专家学者参加了会议。研讨会由数学与统计学院院长、博士生导师马如云教授主持，校长刘仲奎教授、数学与统计学院相关方向的师生参加了本次研讨会。
研讨会上，南京师范大学魏加群等10位教授和博士应邀分别作了专题学术报告。报告内容涉及同调代数理论、环理论、代数表示理论等。报告中，各位专家和师生就报告内容进行了讨论，并回答了师生提出的相关问题，对青年教师及研究生的科研工作给予了指导，使广大师生获益匪浅。
本次研讨会，加强了我校师生与各位专家学者的交流，使我校数学与统计学院青年教师和学生的科研能力进一步得到提升，推动了我校代数学科的发展，对我校基础数学博士点的建设也具有重要意义。
